Cancellation/Refund Policy:  

Advanced Registration – Registration at least 7 days prior to the event

100% refund of registration cost will be provided if notice of cancellation is received seven (7) days or more prior to meeting date. 

If cancellation is not provided seven (7) days or more prior to event, Maryland AAHAM will be unable to provide any refund for registration.  However, registrations are transferable. 

Unpaid registrations not cancelled seven (7) days or more prior to the meeting date will be billed to the registrant.
